Tuloy believes that the dedication and commitment that people give to the service of street children makes all the difference. Different people from different backgrounds and different lifestyles can become long-term partners working for the same goal.

      Tuloy is composed of several groups of people who have come together to promote the cause of street children. These include:

• Priests and religious (Salesians of Don Bosco) who look after the children´s spiritual-moral, and recreation needs;
  
  
• Full-time lay volunteers who take care of the basic needs and discipline of the children;
  
  
• Part-time volunteers who come daily to tutor the children and hold special activities (e.g. clubs, sportsfests, and outings).
  
  
• Staff consisting of social workers, teachers, and office/administrative, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel; and
  
  
• Partners, Donors and Friends

      Tuloy relies on the generosity of benefactors and friends who support its operations and projects. Corporate and individual donors provide the funding necessary for Tuloy´s programs.
