Thousands of lives have changed through the mission of Tuloy. Former street children are now cared for and given the opportunity to study and learn how to be productive and independent adults. Volunteers and staff who have been involved in the program attest that their lives have also been transformed and enriched through their interaction with and service for these underprivileged children.
