To help run operations in the Center, the Foundation employs office and administrative staff, social workers, teachers, maintenance and security personnel, cooks, and laundry personnel. The Tuloy staff ensures that all the services necessary for the education and residential care of the children are provided for.
Currently, Tuloy has over 60 personnel. Among them are direct service providers such as social workers who take care of the psycho-social aspect of development, providing a treatment plan that lists all activities and interventions necessary to help each child and maintaining case studies and files documenting the progress and development in the clientele. With the guidance counselor/psychologist, social workers help the child heal from his past hurts and traumas through counseling, therapy, self-expression, etc.
Direct service providers also include teachers who educate the children in basic subjects, and train them to learn and develop special skills that would enable them to find employment later on.
