Tuloy has catered to over 4000 children and youth in the last 10 years.
Currently, 178 children are residing in the Streetchildren Village. Of this number, 34 are girls.
Tuloy has been offering non-formal education since 1997. Currently, it has 557 students, 392 of whom are non-residents from very poor communities in Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Cavite, and other nearby areas.
The Foundation has produced graduates in the following three levels:
- Level III: Grade 5 & 6;
- Level V: Third and Fourth Year High School; and
- Level VI: Vocational Technical

Voc-Tech students take the TESDA trade test before the end of the school year so they can be issued a certificate and license as third class technicians.
