Tuloy subscribes to the teachings of St. John Bosco in his approach to youth. It adopts the preventive system of using reason, loving kindness and religion in handling child development. It does not believe in punitive punishment and instead, it applies the rewards: merit and demerit system in instilling discipline and in the moral formation of the child. Any form of physical punishment is prohibited.
